Canadian visual artist Jesse Harris has released a new 96 page monograph called Jesse Wars Here. Co-published by Show & Tell Gallery and Koyama Press, the book consists of over 100 poster designs that develop Harris’ ideas about the process of creating art. Combining anti-militaristic ideologies and historical art references with an emphasis on the medium as a sensorial “massage”, Jesse Wars Here is a monograph in which the artist asserts his concern for the consequences of artistic production.
